From a fitness standpoint, the five areas listed above are important keys to getting yourself through the door and to "The Next Level." Taking the time to focus on these things could change your life! It doesn't matter where you are now. What matters is where you WANT to be.....and, eventually, where you WILL be. We'll be examining each of these segments.....breaking them down so that you can slowly make changes to your lifestyle and get yourself to "the Next Level." Invest in yourself! Small increments of change can lead to big things....one of which is an improved lifestyle. So, at this time, start thinking about the COMMITMENT that is necessary to reach and maintain your true physical and mental potential. You'll need that commitment as we take the next step.... hitting the road..... and, of course, our goal is to getting to.....
